By using Music Explorer you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and written to be read.

The service

Music Explorer provides music ear-training and theory games playable in a web browser. Free games are available to everyone without an account. Premium features are unlocked by a one-time purchase tied to an account.

Accounts

Accounts are for adults — teachers and parents. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. attempting to disrupt it or to access features without purchase).

Premium purchases

“Lifetime” premium means the lifetime of the Music Explorer service: it is a one-time purchase that unlocks all current and future premium features for as long as the service operates, with no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund policy applies to all purchases.

Acceptable use

• Personal and classroom use is welcome and encouraged.
• Don't resell access, share purchased accounts beyond your household or classroom, or attempt to bypass premium checks.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

Content and availability

We work to keep the service available and improve it continuously, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may add, change, or retire features over time. If the service is ever discontinued, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for premium access.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
